Life changes can feel overwhelming, but the right support can make the journey smoother. We assist participants through important transitions such as moving home, starting a new routine, joining the community or adjusting to new personal circumstances.
Assist – Personal Activities
Our personal care support helps participants with everyday activities in a respectful and comfortable way. This may include assistance with hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility and daily routines.
Assist – Travel/Transport
We help participants travel safely to appointments, community activities, work, education, shopping and social outings. Our transport support encourages independence and community participation.
Daily Tasks / Shared Living
We provide support with daily living tasks in shared living environments. Our team helps participants maintain routines, develop practical skills and enjoy a safe and supportive home setting.
Innovative Community Participation
We support participants to build confidence, explore interests and take part in meaningful community activities. This service helps improve social connection, independence and personal growth.
Development – Life Skills
Our life skills support helps participants build practical everyday abilities such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, communication, personal organisation and decision-making.
Household Tasks
We assist with household duties to help participants maintain a clean, safe and comfortable living environment. Support may include cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and home organisation.
Participate Community
We help participants stay connected with their community through social, recreational and personal activities. This may include attending events, joining groups, visiting local places and building social confidence.
Group / Centre-Based Activities
Our group and centre-based activities encourage participants to socialise, learn new skills and enjoy meaningful experiences in a supportive environment.
